Flowers - Weeds = Perspective

It has been about a month since I posted any pictures of Poppy.

• She has had a visit from her Aunt Kim, Uncle Dave and Cousin Andrea.
  
• She spends Monday and Wednesday mornings with Papa, Carter has a guitar class, 1 credit to finish his degree.
  
• She has also enjoyed going the Middle School basketball games.

Here are pictures of our day at Carpafora beach, @ 40 miles North of Los Osos.
The yellow flowers were everywhere and smelled sweet, however I believe them to be a pesky weed. When we lived in Santa Barbara this was prolific and a weed. So growing in the wild are they considered a wild flower or are they still a weed?

• They are pretty
• They are flowers
• The do smell good,
• They are weeds. Our neighbor girls said it is called saw grass and is edible. (maybe my weed is really good)
  

We went to the Amgen Tour of California bicycle race, more pictures later.

The Park

It has been a long time. We drove up the coast on a beautiful cloudy day. Papa, Poppy and Noodle.

Poppy really liked this little car. She figured out how to make it rock back and forth.

They had fun swinging also.






Carter made up an anti Superbowl shirt. He had fun wearing it. We watched the second half of the game. It was good!
